Injection

I have been having pain in my left shoulder for over 1 year. It has been really truly painful. Rob has worked the muscle using his OMM and muscle energy over the last year and it has made the pain tolerable but the pain has not gone away. It radiates up my neck and down my arm. Rob has been trying to convince me to do trigger point therapy for a while now. Trigger Point therapy is basically a small injection into the muscle at the trigger point where the pain starts. I hate hate hate injections so I have been avoiding this for a long time. Well after my 11 hour drive my shoulder was in so much pain that I succumbed to allowing him to inject me. Wow! I can't believe how much better my shoulder feels! I should've let him inject me a long time ago. To be completely honest the injection didn't even hurt! The ultimate test will be after the drive to Florida. I'll keep you posted.
