My phone has not been working for 2 months! The ear piece was shot so I had to talk to everyone on speaker phone, Very inconvenient! Yesterday Rob took me to get it fixed. To get it fixed takes 2-3 weeks and you have to send your phone in so you do not have a phone for the whole time but it is free. You can get a new phone for $35 and you get it right away. It was an easy choice! I have a new phone!! yeah!! I love it. It is exactly the same as my last one but it works! No more speaker phone!
